The wine is made by blending selected wine materials “Bayan Shira" and "Rkatsiteli" obtained by the classical technology, followed by processing, careful filtration and bottling.
Alcohol: 10 - 12%
Colour: Straw-golden with a greenish tint.
Bouquet and gustatory palette:
Fine wine with a delicate aroma of freshly cut grass, lemon zest, green apple and unripe apricot. Spicy notes in the refreshing palate of the wine are combined with bright, but pleasant slightly sour taste and a long finish.
The wine is served with fish dishes, white meats and seafood, as well as light salads and as an aperitif at a temperature of +10… +14 °С.
